Client Onboarding Experience
Once you've installed the Content Engine into a subaccount, your client is ready to onboard and create content. This video walks through exactly what that process looks like.
The Three-Step Onboarding Process
The onboarding is simple:
Enrich Your Brand - AI extracts brand data from their websiteCreate Content - Generate their first campaignPost Content - Schedule to their social accountsStep 1: Enrich Your Brand
When they first open the Content Engine, they'll see a welcome popup guiding them to the Branding tab.
How It Works
Enter their website URLClick "Enrich Brand"AI populates all their brand data automaticallyPricing

Top 4 Cards (Most Important for Social Media):
Brand and Business InformationBrand Styling (colors, fonts)Brand VoiceCustomer AvatarThese top four cards have the biggest impact on social media content quality. Make sure they're dialed in and correct!
Bottom Cards (Mainly for Ads):

Step 2: Create First Campaign
After enrichment, they're guided to create their first campaign.
Brand Awareness (Recommended First)
The system guides them to create a Brand Awareness campaign first because:

Step 3: Schedule the Content
Once the campaign is created, schedule it to their social accounts.
Scheduling Process
Click "Schedule" on the campaignSelect connected social accounts (from their Social Planner)Choose post type (e.g., Facebook Post, Reel, etc.)Select date range (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month)Set posting times (quick select or randomize)Hit "Send to Scheduling"Requirements
They need social accounts connected in their Social Planner (Marketing tab) before scheduling.
After Onboarding
Once they've completed these steps:
