Installing the Content Engine

This guide covers how to manually install the Brandblast Content Engine into your subaccount locations from the GoHighLevel Marketplace.

Manual Install vs SaaS Mode

This video covers manual install from the marketplace - installing the app directly into individual subaccounts.

Step-by-Step Installation

Step 1: Go to the App Marketplace

Navigate to the App Marketplace inside of GoHighLevel.

Step 2: Search for Brandblast

Search for "Brandblast" and select Brandblast Content Engine.

Step 3: Click Install

Hit the Install button to begin the installation process.

Step 4: Select Your Subaccount

Choose which subaccount you want to install the Content Engine into.

Step 5: Review Scopes and Plan

You'll see the scopes (permissions) the app requests and the plan options.

Important Notes:

The plan shown may not be selectable - don't worry about this

Choose the same plan you have for your agency if you've already installed it elsewhere

This prevents paying for multiple plans

Step 6: Set Billing to Subaccount Wallet

Always select "Charge Selected Sub-accounts" (not your agency card).

This means:

Usage meters get charged to the subaccount's wallet

They pay for their own per-usage costs

It won't charge them the full plan price, just the usage fees (~$5)

If this option isn't showing, don't worry - the usage will still be charged to their wallet.

Step 7: Confirm Installation

Click Confirm and the installation will complete.

After Installation

Once installed:

The Content Engine will appear as a tab in the subaccount

The onboarding flow will show immediately when they access it
