For most agencies, the first place you'll install the Brandblast Content Engine is your agency sub-account - the sub-account that represents your own agency's business.
When installing to your agency sub-account, you may encounter errors like:

Most agencies don't set up a separate wallet for their agency sub-account. Instead, they just use the agency wallet directly. This makes sense - you don't want your card living in multiple places.
The problem is that when installing apps, the system may try to charge the sub-account wallet (which doesn't exist) instead of your agency wallet.
When you install the Content Engine to your agency sub-account:
